The Vale Vets’ Animal Hospital in Stinchcombe, just outside Dursley, is among only 10% of UK practices approved by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons as a registered hospital.

Facilities include operating theatres (including one with high sterile status), X-ray room, ultrasound scanner, lab and dedicated dental room. There are separate hospitalisation areas for cats and dogs, supervised by resident nurses on 24 hour call.
