Hannah Hunter

Prior to working at Vale Vets and Referrals, Hannah worked in a pharmacy for many years before joining us as a hospital assistant in May 2021. In January 2023 she started training as a student veterinary nurse.  

Whilst training to be a veterinary nurse, Hannah enjoys learning to be a ward and theatre nurse but has a special interest in reducing fear and anxiety for our patients, especially cats. 

One of the reasons why Hannah loves the profession is because she believes that animals give us so much, a fulfilling part of her role is helping in their recovery journey. 

Outside of work, Hannah can be found with her husband, baby girl and two rescue cats. She also enjoys playing the guitar and drums. Besides this, she is an advanced open water SCUBA diver and has run 6 half marathons and 2 full marathons!
