Vale Vets & Referrals are seeking a proactive and positive individual to expand our team with previous medical experience.

This position would be suitable for a veterinary nurse looking to step away from clinical work but who would still like to work in the veterinary environment, working closely with veterinary professionals. Your clinical knowledge when handling claims would ensure claims are handled efficiently and quickly for our clients.

As Accounts & Insurance Administrator you are responsible for the Insurance claim process; from the initial contact to establish current insurance cover, the submission of insurance claims and any queries that may follow, through to settlement.

You will provide support to the accounting processes, this is from the monthly invoicing to clients through the PMS system, taking payments, banking & debt management. Assisting with any other admin tasks that are required.

Applicant Requirements

Applicants must have veterinary knowledge, ideally from a veterinary nursing background. Be organised, have good time management and customer care experience. You will be able to work well managing your own work load, as well as working effectively as part of a larger team.
