PET ANXIETY MONTH - When you arrive at the Vets!

  • Depending on your dogs preferences, you might wait in the vehicle, take a short walk, or stay in the waiting room.
  • Notify the reception team when you arrive. Consider calling Reception & let them know you are in the carpark or outside in the garden. They can call you when the consult room is ready.
  • Remember that cats need a few minutes to adjust to their new surroundings and feel safe.
  • Place your cat’s carrier on one of our elevated surfaces & cover the front and two sides with a pheromone-infused towel which we can provide.
