After government advice and advice from the BVA and RCVS Vale Vets are having to make the decision to see only urgent & emergency cases.
We have a closed-door policy with a telephone triage service prior to all appointments. In addition to our emergency service, where possible & subject to availability continue to dispense repeat prescriptions of medication & food.
If it is essential for you to have a consultation, this will be done via a "telemedicine" consultation. Either over the phone or via a video link!
For patients who are authorised to attend the practice, there will be some changes in how we handle these clinical examinations & consultations. This will be explained to you over the phone prior to your pet attending.

*Please note all telemedicine consultations are payable at the time of booking & are charged at our regular consultation price. Should your vet prescribed treatments these must be paid for prior to collection or postage.
