Millie Wear

Millie joined Vale Vets and Referrals as a night hospital assistant in 2019 before transitioning into a day role in 2020. In September 2021, Millie started her journey as a student veterinary nurse and qualified in December 2023.  

Millie works a rotational role within our first opinion department and has a special interest in our small furries and wildlife, even being trained as a bat handler! 

Millie enjoys working in both wards and theatre. She loves the patients that she cares for, and her goal is to make sure they are as comfortable as possible during their stay. 

In her spare time, Millie can be found swimming, taking aerial fitness classes and enjoying van trips and music festivals. She also has three guinea pigs called Peter, Ringo and Charlie.
