Payment Policy

If your pet is insured:

By prior arrangement only, payment can be made direct from certain insurance companies to Vale Vets Ltd, provided that we have agreed that we do direct insurance claims with your insurance company and that the relevant deposit has been paid in full.

If your pet is uninsured:

On collection of your pet, the total payment must be made to Vale Vets Ltd. We cannot agree to payment in instalments. Our preferred method of payment is either by debit card or credit card or via our online portal. Please note we do not accept cheques or American Express.

Late payment fees:

We reserve the right to apply a late payment fee should your account remain unpaid following contact from the practice on this matter.
